Job Description:

  • Perform installation of HVAC system, including equipment and ductwork, ensuring the highest level of quality.

  • Document and maintain records/actions accurately.

  • Provide prompt, efficient service and proactive communication with customers.

  • Present a professional and helpful attitude with customers, making customers’ needs the priority.

Competencies:

  • Willingness to maintain, clean, design, build, and install a complete, residential HVAC system including all equipment and duct system.

  • Willingness to learn all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems.

  • “Can-do” attitude and never assumes a job can’t be done.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Willingness to learn and re-learn skills.

  • Works with our team to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Professional appearance and personality.

  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
