Bruce Randall, Founder
Bruce started Standard Air Conditioning Co. in 2017 out of the desire to deliver clients innovative HVAC systems with the highest quality service. He loves that working in the HVAC industry requires knowledge in all of the trades and how the industry is always pushing towards innovation. At Standard, he enjoys seeing each team member grow and succeed, in addition to the opportunities to help clients as they come across tricky scenarios, finding the best solution for the homeowner. When he’s not working, you can find him enjoying time with his family or reading.
Forrest Carroll, Sales Manager
Forrest started in the trade industry after graduating UT with a business degree. He was always intrigued by trade-oriented work, and knew he wanted to pair trade skills with business skills. After completing training and working in Denver, Forrest moved back to Knoxville to practice HVAC. What interests him most about the industry is that HVAC involves many other skills required in other trades. His favorite part about working at Standard is the satisfaction of completing a job, knowing the work made an impact on the client. When he’s not working, you can find him with his wife, Emily, and son, Hayes, either camping/hiking or doing home improvement projects!
Amy Totty, Operations Manager
Amy has been with Standard since the early days of the company! Her favorite part of working at Standard is knowing that all of the work and effort stems from the value of helping clients with integrity and honesty. When she doesn’t have her operational wizard hat on, you can find her spending time with friends, traveling, or running.
