Members receive a free $90 value throughout the year. Maintenance throughout the year allows for quick diagnosis and repairs in the event a failure occurs.
Two Visits per Year
Our techs will come out once in the spring and once in the fall to ensure your equipment is ready to handle the work load of the upcoming seasons!
Coil & Drain Cleaning
Keeping your outdoor and indoor coils clean maximizes heat transfer and optimizes air flow. Also, by clearing the condensate drain, we can prevent water backup from clogs.
Mechanical Diagnostics
There are tons of potential fail points in an HVAC system. We complete a thorough mechanical diagnostic to test airflow and temperatures to avoid breakdowns.
Electrical Inspection
We will test all electrical connections and terminals as well as confirm the voltage & amp draw on the fan, blower motor and compressor
Refrigerant Assessments
During each visit, our technicians will confirm refrigerant levels in addition to completing a test of the refrigerant charge.
