We wanted to let you know about some upcoming price changes we're seeing in the HVAC industry (we know...not fun :/ ).
In 2022, prices will increase across the board for HVAC equipment. Here is an article by Paschal, an air, plumbing, and electric company, that articulates the price increases across all manufacturers. Paschal is a top-notch service provider in their area and has reliable informational resources about our industry.
2023 SEER regulations will require increased efficiency and likely increase the minimum investment of systems/equipment allowed (see bullet point 1).
Whether or not you decide to do business with Standard, we feel it's important to let you know this because of two reasons: 1) part of our job is equipping you with information in addition to equipping your home with an HVAC system 2) we're homeowners too so we understand the stress this can cause.
Making your home comfortable is our first priority so here's how we're trying to make these updates easier:
If you've been considering making an investment towards a new HVAC system, we'd like to offer you the following option. For any new or replacement equipment project scheduled between January 1, 2022 - March 31, 2022, payment can be divided over 3 equal installments with no additional fees. 1/3 of payment will be due upon project completion and a future payment method on file is required.
